Crafting a distinctive brand identity is crucial for a professional photographer as it serves as a visual and conceptual representation of their unique style and expertise. A well-defined brand not only distinguishes them in a competitive market but also establishes a memorable and trustworthy image, attracting clients who resonate with their artistic vision.

A monochromatic color scheme serves as a perfect complement to minimalistic styles, providing a clean and cohesive aesthetic that allows the photos to take center stage as the visual storyline unfolds. Its simplicity not only enhances the overall design but also ensures the narrative power of the images remains the focal point of the presentation.

The design concept revolves around a street theme infused with minimalism, accompanied by carefully curated base text selections that seamlessly complement all three title typography choices. A comprehensive array of font combinations was presented to the client, who ultimately opted for the pairing of "YELLOWTAIL" as the title font and "DOSIS" as the base font, achieving a combination that aligns perfectly with the client's vision.
The logos were designed by a graphic designer the client worked with previously. Subsequently, I leveraged the logo to create a favicon, enhancing user experience by aiding in easy page identification when visitors have multiple tabs open on their browsers.
Following the establishment of the client's brand identity, the subsequent steps involved selecting an appropriate hosting website builder. I proposed a website builder tailored to creative professionals, considering both cost-effectiveness and domain name acquisition. Once these initial steps were completed, I curated templates aligned with the established informational architecture. The client opted for a template that most accurately captures the visual essence of his photographs.
Subsequently, I translated the chosen template into a low-fidelity wireframe using Figma, strategically placing photos to determine the optimal visual arrangement. While initially presenting three homepage concepts aligned with the day-to-night gallery theme, we mutually concluded that aligning the photo with the theme name would be more effective. With the homepage theme secured, I incorporated the client's provided photos, received his approval, and commenced the website build.
Concluding with a final meeting to formalize corrections on the mockups, I finalized the design of the Pixpa website before presenting it for their ultimate approval. Following approval, the website was published and transitioned to a live site, accompanied by comprehensive discussions on maintenance protocols before delivering the completed product to the client.
