This project focused on the redesign of a WordPress website for a dog training company. Despite the owners' initial creation using a basic template, they encountered challenges with the user experience and sought my expertise to enhance the website.
I was tasked with creating a platform that not only provides comprehensive information, but also entices potential customers to consider their services. I aimed to build upon their existing brand identity and establish a more unified and compelling narrative for their company.

The client expressed a prefence for a color scheme featuring green hues, as they had a strong affinity for this tone in their brand. To complement the green gradients previously selected by the client, we opted for a black and white base colors, creating a visually cohesive and harmonious design.

The typography chosen closely mirrored the fonts used in the client's logo, which they had initially crafted in Canva. In alignment with this, I carefully selected a Heading and Base font that harmoniously compliment the text elements in their logo, ensuring a cohesive and unified visual identity across the design.
Tailored the logos by generating personalized SVG files for potential future use by the client. Additionally, designed icons with the capability to seamlessly transition between light and dark modes. Crafted a logo without text specifically for use as a favicon.
The client provided access to their WordPress platform, and together, we identified key improvments, consolidating content by merging one page into their services section. Crafting an optimal informational architecture for their website, we designed a straightforward contact page without a form, aligning with their preference for customer calls.
Upon presenting initial iterations and mockups featuring text and placeholder photos, maintaining a casual yet professional tone, I obtained approvals before proceeding to build the WordPress site. Additionally, I photographed their dog training classes to ensure the inclusion of authentic visuals representing their company.
Following the presentation of the completed website to the owners, they provided feedback on specific wording and photo placement. Final corrections were mad and they granted me the approval for the site to go live. To enhance visual dynamics, animations were incorporated into the website.
I conducted a thorough session with the clients to guide them on WordPress site maintenance, emphasizing ongoing communication for any potential issues. Since the site went live, I've gotten many grateful messages about the improvement on the site.
